Dolph Ziggler: What's up ECW!!!

The crowd filled the arena with ECW chant!!!

Dolph Ziggler: I know... I know... ECW! ECW!..but I don't care... (smiled)... I have a little announcement to make... Just a little FYI for those who have trouble understanding what I'm about to say...

Dolph Ziggler: As many of you know, Teddy Long, the general manager of ECW, announced that there will be a 5 Man Scramble match for the ECW title and another title shot for the TV title, that is for the 4 guys who didn't win the ECW title at NOC.

Dolph Ziggler: I have no plans on winning the TV title. Now listen to what I have to say. Especially people at the back and in the locker room. I am DOLPH ZIGGLER and I'm about to reinvent ECW and I'm going to do that by showing off this coming PPV. Anybody that gets in my way will suffer severe pain and will leave this arena with a zigzag on his head...

Dolph Ziggler: So my point is that this coming NOC, I will show the world, the OWE universe and the whole ECW roster, that I, Dolph Ziggler will be the new ECW Champion... I'm not just showing off... I will back it up this coming NOC... Ziggler out...
