As Power To The People goes to air and the pyro hits we are met by the Power of the People commentators JR, King and Michael Cole.
JR: Welcome everybody to Power of the People the PPV where it' in your hands. You pick the opponents, You pick the match stipulations. Cole: That right, OWE's management thought it would be smart to put the show in the hands of the people. Bad decision. JR: What are you talking about, The people, The fans, The people that allow the superstars in the back to do what they love. Well lets kick this show off with a bang.
Roberts: Ladies and Gentlemen the first contest is for the World Tag...
The crowd erupts with boo's and cheers as Zigglers theme hits. He walks the curtain wearing a suit. You are able to see Ziggler's 'Show Off' shirt under the jacket.
JR: Well this isn't what we had planned. Cole: Haha, Dolph Ziggler is making his OWE debut. See this PPV has been great so far, too bad the peoples crappy decision will ruin it. King: Great, Another kid here who's head is too big for his own good. Cole: Jerry, You're just mad that with Ziggler here you cant steal any of the spotlight.
Ziggler stands at the top of the ramp looking out at the crowd. He runs his fingers through his hair before walking down the ramp. He see's a CM Punk sign in the crowd, Ziggler shakes his head and you are able to see him say 'What a joke'. He reaches the steel steps and turns around at the crowd who are booing him. Ziggler laughs in their faces and yells 'You're not worth my time'. He runs and slides onto the apron, He steps through the middle rope. He walks over to the corner and climbs the turnbuckle and 'taunts' the crowd. Ziggler demands a mircophone as he jumps off the turnbuckle and walks to the middle of the ring.
Ziggler: Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, The Rock, Mr Perfect all greats of this business, Men that people say i remind them of. Men that people say that ill be the next, Like ill be the next Shawn Michaels, Ill be the next Mr Perfect. Im not going to be the next, Im going to be the first. I will be the first Dolph Ziggler.
King: I have never heard of anyone saying that about Ziggler. Cole: Thats cause our too busy thinking about yourself.
The crowd start to boo as Ziggler being to smile.
Ziggler: You all boo as if i am lieing, Yet you all know I'm speaking the truth. Every person in the arena knows already in my short career i have hit that level that very few have even come close to reaching.
The crowd start to boo louder and begin to chant 'Overrated'.
Ziggler: But i prove it every single night when i step into the ring and steal the show. You people call Shawn Michaels 'Mr. Wrestlemaina' because nobody can out perform him on the grandest stage of them all. You should all call me 'Mr. Professional Wrestling' because nobody on ANY promotion, On any show can out perform me whether it's on Raw, Smackdown, ECW, Not on this PPV, Yes Michael giving power to these people is a bad decision expecially fans in Chicago.
The crowd give a roar of boo's as Ziggler insults their town.
Ziggler: Yes you all are all worthless, Just like your beloved bears, Even like your beloved OWE Champion CM Punk.
Ziggler begins to laugh to fan erupt with louder boo's.
Ziggler: Just having CM Punk as the champion shows that lack of talent in the company. Just think after tonight someone just as pathetic will be champion, John Cena. But at the end of the night the name on everybodies lips wont be John Cena, It wont be CM Punk, It will be Dolph Ziggler.
As Zigglers theme hits he drops his mircophone and rolls out of the ring. As he begins to walk up the ramp he starts to laugh and mock the crowd. He stops at the CM Punk sign once more, this time snatching it out of the fans hands. Ziggler rips the sign into pieces, Ziggler throws the shreads into the face of the fan. Ziggler begins to laugh as reaches the stage, He turns around once again running his fingers hair before he walks back through the curtain.
